- Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!
International Orders: The Details
- International shipping time is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via DHL!

- Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks, so please be patient. Allow 7-10 business days after shipping for delivery!
- Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.
Lost/Stolen packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our premises it is a liability of the USPS.
If your package says delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local post office before contacting us. We do not refund or offer store credit for lost or stolen packages.
