Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange your PL order? We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of our fine jewelry. All PL Fine pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged!

If you return your order within 15 days of delivery date, you have options!

  • Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away.
  • Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid.
  • Refund on your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee. 

If you return your order within 30 days of delivery date, you still have options!

  • Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid

There are only a couple exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final
  • Custom items and fine jewelry are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!

To get your return or exchange started, here’s what to do:

Step 1

Please email us at peachla.info@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject

Step 2

In the email include: Order # and order name.

Also: Please explain the reason for your return/exchange. 

Step 3

Decide which return or exchange option you would like: 

Store Credit equally to what you paid

Or Refund on your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee

 

After receiving your email, we will provide a free return label for you to print and ship back the jewelry to us. Done!
